The Community Facility Support Unit provides information and advice to Management Committees of Community Facilities in Fingal in order to manage their facility effectively and sustainably. Community Facilities Support includes the provision of:
Information, consultancy and mentoring to promote and develop methods of good practice in the Management of Community Facilities.
Supporting management of community facilities in their recruitment process of facilities staff by advising on job specifications, contracts and employment policies, in line with best employment practices. Advising management on policy development, strategic planning, health and safety development and other relevant legislation.
