There are lots activities and events for you to enjoy in the library every month and they are all free!!

It's really easy to join your local library and its free
To join your local library all you have to do is
* fill out the application form
* ask a parent/guardian to sign the application form
* Bring some identification with the name and address of your parent/guardian.
When you join the library you can borrow up to six items and keep them for up to three weeks.
You can keep them for three more weeks if nobody else needs them.
Your local library is the place to go for...
* Fiction (stories) and Non - Fiction (fact and information) books
* Books on tape and CD
* Music CDs
* DVDs
* Picture books for babies and pre-school children.
* Books for beginners and early readers.
* Large Print books for anyone who finds small print difficult.
* Board games including Scrabble, Boggle, Chess, Draughts, Snakes & Ladders, and Jigsaws.
* Project Information
* Arts and Crafts
* Visits by your favourite authors
* Competitions
* Quizzes
If you are looking for a particular book check out our Library Catalogue. If you can't find the book you want - Just ask the Library Staff, we are here to help!
We can also get books for you from other libraries.
Reading book reviews is a great way to discover new books to read. If you would like to tell others about a book you have read and enjoyed why not write a review, we will show your book reviews on this page every month. Book review must be no longer than 150 words.
Just email your book review to us libraries@fingalcoco.ie or drop it into your local library
Be sure to include all these important details:
Your name and age, the author and title of the book and the name of your local library. Remember to keep all book review to 150 words or less
