NEW REFUSE BIN FOR A NEW HOUSE

If you have just moved into a new house or a house that does not have a black bin please e-mail us at envserv@fingalcoco.ie or phone 8905473 to receive a bin.  Please give your name, address and contact telephone no.  The bin will be delivered in 5 - 10 working days and will be provided free of charge.  Please take care of your black bin - if it is stolen, lost or damaged you will have to pay a replacement charge of €20.

MOVING HOUSE

If you are moving house you should leave the bin behind for the next person.  A new bin will be provided to your new house, in the Fingal area, free of charge.

REPLACENT :- STOLEN OR LOST BINS

The first bin is provided free of charge.  If your black bin or brown has been lost or stolen you will have to pay €20 to have it replaced. The replacement charge for a green bin is €30. You can pay by credit card by calling 8905376 or send a cheque or postal order to Fingal County Council, Environment Department, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin.   The replacement bin will be delivered as soon as possible after payment is received. 

REPAIRS:- BROKEN WHEELS, LOST LID

If repairs are needed for your lid or the wheels of the bin or if the lid needs to be replaced please contact us at 8905473.
