Test Digs

If you want to find out if a further burial can take place in a grave you can request a test dig. Proof of ownership is required. 

You should fill in the application form (Guidelines Test Digs on Plots) and submit the fee of €550 & VAT @ 21% = €665.50. A cheque/postal order should be made payable to "Fingal County Council".

If the legal owner of the plot is deceased the next of kin must give permission for the test dig to be carried out. We will notfiy you of the test results.
