Plots can only be transferred to Fingal County Council. Plots wil be purchased from the receipt holder at the current rate in the particular year of transfer.
The cost for a transfer is €250 & VAT @ 21% = €302.50. Please make a cheque/postal order payable to "Fingal County Council" and attach it to the form.
If the original receipt has been lost it will be necessary for the owner to swear an affidavit stating the circumstances regarding the loss of the receipt and a declaration that they have not previously sold the plot.
