Storage, Presentation and Collection of Household Waste Bye-Laws 2006
Fingal County Council has adopted the Storage, Presentation and Collection of Household Waste Bye-Laws 2006 that came into effect from the 1st of January 2007.
The purpose of the Bye-Laws is to regulate and control the Storage, Separation at Source and Presentation for Collection of Household waste in the Fingal Administrative Area, and they are made under the provisions of the Waste Management Act 1996 and the Local Government Act 2001.
The Bye-Laws may be inspected at the Environment Department, Fingal County Council, Main Street, Swords, Fingal, Co. Dublin.
A copy of the Bye-Laws will be given, on request to any person free of charge. Additional copies will be provided on payment of €1 per additional copy.
