Recycling Facilities

Fingal County Council provides 2 recycling centres, for household use only. These are Coolmine Recycling Centre in Dublin 15 and Estuary Recycling Centre in Swords.

PLEASE NOTE: From 2nd November 2011 both Fingal bin tags and Panda Bin tags will be accepted as a means of payment at the recycling centre, along with debit/credit card.

We also provide a network of bring banks where households can bring their glass for recycling.

In addition to these facilities, a number of private companies are self compliers under the Waste Management Packaging Regulations and accept certain type of packaging for recycling. Details are available from our Additional Facilities re: packaging waste recycling page.
