Housing Strategy

The preparation of a Housing Strategy is a requirement under the Planning and Development Act. The act requires each Planning Authority to draw up a housing strategy and integrate it into their County Development Plan.  The Council's Housing Strategy is currently being reviewed in conjunction with the County Development Plan 2005-2011.
