I want to apply for Affordable Housing

Affordable Housing allows first time buyers to purchase a property through the County Council for a significantly lower cost than buying privately. An affordable home is a home that is sold at cost price rather than market value. Over the past number of years Fingal County Council has been proactive in providing homes within the county at affordable prices. These properties are either purpose built by Fingal County Council or acquired under Part V of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2002.  When houses or apartments are available for sale, they will be offered to people who have received provisional loan approval under the terms of the Scheme.
