I want to make a payment on my Rent Account

A number of different options are available to tenants to facilitate them in paying their rent.

Household Budget:

This allows people who receive Social Services payments to pay a regular amount of rent by direct deduction from their payments.  If you wish to avail of this service please contact the Rents Section on Tel: 01-8905593.

Standing Order:

To pay your rent by standing order through your bank, download  two copies of the Standing Order Form. Complete the form, send one copy to your Bank and one copy to Fingal County Council.  Make sure your account number is written clearly on the form.

Payment Office:

Payments can be made by cash, bank draft, cheque, credit and laser card. You can post your cheques or drop into the Council's Payments Office in County Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin or at Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

All bank drafts and cheques should be made payable to Fingal County Council and your account number clearly written on the back.

We also accept phone payments.  If you wish to pay by credit or laser card, please call our payment office on Tel: 01-8905309/5154. The payment office is open from 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Post Office:

Payments are made at the Post Office free of charge and can be made using your Rent Card available from the Rents Section.

You can pay at local shops if the PostPoint facility is available or online at www.billpay.ie
