If you intend to sell your Affordable house, you will need to:
Notify the Loan Accounts Section in writing of your intention to: Housing Department, Loan Accounts Section, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 giving details of your Estate Agent and the asking price.
The Housing Department will issue redemption figures once the above requirements are compiled with and as soon as a copy of the signed sale agreed contract is received from your solicitor and approved by the Council.
