Tenant Purchase Scheme -1995/2011

Applications for the 2011 Tenant Purchase Scheme are no longer accepted after 30/12/2011.

 

The 1995 Tenant Purchase scheme applies to tenants who hold a continuous tenancy of at least 1 year standing and wish to purchase their tenancy dwelling until June 2012.

 

The scheme provides for a maximum discount of 30% on market price, based on 3% discount for each year of tenancy up to 10 years and a further discount of €3,810.

 

The purchase price of the property may be financed as follows:

 

From the applicant’s own resources.By way of a mortgage loan from a financial institution or Fingal County Council (minimum income limits apply).By lump sum deposit and the balance by way of mortgage loan.Through the Shared Ownership Scheme (Minimum income limits and other conditions apply).

A fee of €50.00 should be included with completed applications (cheques, money order and postal orders should be crossed and made payable to “Fingal County Council”). Please do not send cash through the post. The application fee is non-refundable
