Welcome to the Minutes Home page. The Council conducts it's business at regular meetings of the Full Council, 6 Area Committees and occasionally Special meetings. Minutes of meetings are usually confirmed at the following meeting and can then be posted here. At present, only minutes since 1999 are available on-site.
