The Planning Department deals with the physical development of Fingal in accordance with the Planning & Development Acts 2000 to 2006.
The Fingal Development Plan 2005-2011 sets out Fingal County Council's policies and objectives for the development of the County for a six year period from 2005 to 2011. The Plan seeks to develop and improve in a sustainable manner the environmental, social, economic and cultural assests of the County.
