Estate Naming and Road Numbering Schemes

Applications for naming and numbering schemes for housing developments should be made in the form of a written letter to :

Submissions should include a site layout map of the development and an explanation as to why the particular name was chosen for the development.  Names chosen should have local significance and/or a historical connection with the locality.  Duplication of names already in existence locally will not be accepted.

Proposed schemes are presented to the Road Naming and Numbering Committee for approval.
