__________________________________________________________________________ CALCULATION OF TIME LIMITS OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD 2009
In Accordance with Section 251 of the Planning & Development Act 2000, the period between 24th December and 1st January (both days inclusive), shall be disregarded in calculating any appropriate period or other time limit referred to in the Act or in any Regulations made under the Act.
For applications lodged on or after 19th November 2009, please note, the extended period for:
(a) Decisions on Planning Applications
(b) Lodgement of observations or submissions and
(c) Maintenance of site notices,
