Navan to Dublin Rail Line - Supplementary Development Contribution Levy Scheme Rates - 2009
Re-opening of the Navan to Dublin Railway line, Phase 1 - Clonsilla to Dunboyne (Pace)
The Supplementary Development Contribution Scheme for the above scheme was adopted by Fingal County Council on 10th July, 2006.
Developments coming within the catchment area of the adopted scheme were subject to a supplementary development contribution levy.
These rates of contribution to be updated effective from 1st January each year during the life of the scheme at the compound rate of 5% per year.
The updated rates of contribution effective from the 1st January 2009 are as follows:
Residential: Contribution Rate of €167,509 per gross site hectare
Commercial: Contribution Rate of €381,901 per gross site hectare
