The initial Consultation Period on the Strategic Issues of the new County Development Plan has now finished.
The Manager's Report on Strategic Issues was presented to the Elected Members and considered at Special Meetings of the Council on 20th October 2009 and 21st October 2009. At the Special Meetings, the Manager's Report was agreed and the Elected Members issued Directions to the Manager in the preparation of the Draft Plan.
The above link provides access to a database of all Submissions received for the Pre-Draft Stage of Fingal Development Plan 2011-2017. Submissions can be viewed, searched and sorted by Submission Number, Submitter Name, Location that Submission is Based on and Topic Classification. Each record is also linked to any relevant documents that were attached to the Submission.
NEXT STAGE
The preparation of the Draft Development Plan 2011-2017 is now in progress. The Draft Managers Report on the Development Plan has been issued to Council members and the report will be considered at Special Meetings of the Council starting from 23rd February, 2010. Arising from these meetings the Elected Members will issue Directions to the Manager in the preparation of the Draft Plan. Following the meeting the Draft Plan will be put on public display from 2nd April 2010 to 11th June, 2010, when members of the public will have another opportunity to make submissions to the Draft Plan
