The Fingal Development Plan sets out policies and objectives for the development of the County over the Plan period. This plan guides how and where development will take place in the county over the next 6 years.

This plan was adopted by Fingal County Council at a Special adjourned Meeting on 23rd March 2011. The plan comes into effect on 20th April 2011.
