Proposed Amendments to the Fingal Development Plan 2011 - 2017 Public Display

The Draft County Development Plan 2011-2017 was on public display from 2nd April 2010 to 11th June 2010. A total of 1058 submissions were received during this consultation period, 225 web based submissions and 833 manual submissions. Each submission was fully considered and a summary of the submissions was made in a Manager’s Report which was considered by the Council at Special Meetings held on 12th 13th 19th 20th 26th 27th October 2010. At these Special Meetings the Draft Plan the Manager’s Report on submissions and the report and recommendations of the Manager to over 316 motions submitted by the Members were discussed, debated and considered. It was agreed that material amendments to the Draft Fingal Development Plan 2011 – 2017, be placed on 4 weeks statutory public display in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 – 2006.
