Public Consultations are carried out prior to revised / new proposals being adopted by the Members of Fingal County Council.  These consultations are advertised during the Statutory Public Display Period, which is outlined in the Planning & Development Acts  -  Submissions can only be made during this timeframe and are free of charge.
