NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXTINGUISH THE PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY OVER THE WALKWAYS BETWEEN HAMPTON WOODS AND BREMORE CASTLE
Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its functions under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes as Local Authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal to make an order that the public rights of way in the schedule hereunder shall be extinguished.
A copy of Drawing Reference Number EXTROW-HW-001 indicating the public rights of way to be extinguished may be inspected at the following Fingal County Council Offices from Tuesday 22nd of February 2011 to Friday 8th of April 2011.

Please note the offices will be closed on the bank holiday 17th of March 2011.
Objections or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment may be made in writing to Mr. Martin Sweeney, Administrative Officer, Transportation Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown not later than 4.30pm on Friday 8th April 2011. Persons making such objections or representations may at the same time make a request in writing to state their case at an Oral Hearing conducted by a person appointed by Fingal County Council for that purpose.
