NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXTINGUISH THE PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY OVER THE ROADWAY AND THE WALKWAYS AT PINEWOOD GREEN CLOSE AND PINEWOOD GREEN HILL, BALBRIGGAN

Notice is hereby given that Fingal County Council in pursuance of its functions under Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes as Local Authority for the administrative area of the County of Fingal to make an order that the public rights of way in the schedule hereunder shall be extinguished.

A copy of Drawing Reference Number 07-040-T-1001 indicating the public rights of way to be extinguished may be inspected at the following Fingal County Council Office from Tuesday 28th June 2011 to Wednesday 27th July 2011.

Co. Dublin.

Objections or representations regarding the proposed extinguishment may be made in writing to Mr. Martin Sweeney, Administrative Officer, Balbriggan Swords Operational Area, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 not later than 4:30pm on Friday, 12th August 2011.  Persons making such objections or representations may at the same time make a request in writing to state their case at an Oral Hearing conducted by a person appointed by Fingal County Council for that purpose.
SCHEDULE

The public rights of way to be extinguished are set out below;

• The walkway and section of public road that runs between house nos. 8 and 10 Pinewood Green Close
• The walkway between 16 and 18 Pinewood Green Hill.
