ROAD TRAFFIC ACT 1994 - SECTION 38

Fingal County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 hereby gives notice that it has prepared a Scheme for the provision of traffic calming measures on the access road to Wellview Estate from the Ladyswell Road, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.

The Scheme provides for:-

The provision of 5 no. sets of traffic calming speed cushions at the locations indicated on Drawing No WEAR\TC10\01.

The Scheme also provides for the provision of appropriate road signage.

Plans and particulars of the Scheme as shown on Drawing No. WEAR\TC10\01 are available for inspection from 27th January 2011 as follows:-

Fingal County Council Offices,  Monday - Friday  9.30am - 4.30pm
Grove Road,     
Blanchardstown,
Dublin 15.

The proposed scheme can also be viewed on-line on the Fingal County Council website: www.fingalcoco.ie/roads

Representations in relation to the Scheme may be made in writing to: Mr. Tommie McManus, Administrative Officer, Transportation Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 to arrive no later than 4.30 p.m. on 28th February 2011.
