Proposed Regional Road Signage Scheme

In accordance with Part XI of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2006 and Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001-2007 Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to erect approximately 250 No. information signs on various Regional Roads throughout the county of Fingal as follows:

Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy thereof between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00pm on working days from Friday 26th March 2010 to Friday 14th May 2010 at the offices of:

Plans and particulars of the proposed development may also be viewed and downloaded below. 

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to: Brendan Fleming, Senior Executive Officer, Transportation Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15 to arrive no later than 4.00pm on Friday 28th May 2010.

All comments, including the names and addresses of those making the comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this development will form part of the statutorily required report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Fingal County Council.  Accordingly, they will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and consequently will appear on the Council’s website.
