New Household Charge: Relating to the question on the the New Household Charge Form referring to Type of Water Supply, please note that most houses in Fingal are connected to the Public Main unless you have a house in a rural area of Fingal and your supply comes from your own Private Well. There are no Group Water Schemes in the Fingal Area.
