The Public Counter
The Water Services Department has a Public Counter available to deal with queries from members of the public. Various services are provided at this counter including administrative and technical queries as well as the review of water and drainage records. The Public Counter is located on the first floor of our Blanchardstown offices.
A staff member is not permanently present at the Public Counter, however a telephone is available that connects directly to the various sections within the Department. The relevant extension numbers are posted at the counter and upon arrival, the public are requested to call through for attention. In addition, there is a bell available that can be rung for attention.
Water and Drainage Records
The operating hours for records inspection are Monday-Friday, 09.00-16.00.
If members of the public have a substantial record inquiry, they are requested to telephone or fax the details through prior to arrival in order to help process the request in good time. This helps prevent delays to other members of the public while lengthy requests are being processed.
