• The Office of the Ombudsman deals with complaints from the citizen who has an issue they feel needs redress in relation to their dealings with a public body.
  
  
• Occasionally the office of the Ombudsman receives complaints from members of the public in relation to this Local Authority and requests for investigation are dealt with by the Customer Services Division.
