County Hall was opened in December 2000 and is situated on the main street in Swords. Carparking is provided beside the Seatown round-about public carpark.
This building is fully wheelchair accessible and provide "one-stop shop" facilities allowing citizens access to the broad range of facilities provided by Fingal County Council. These services relate to housing, planning, transportation, community and the environment.
A number of public counters are available at this buildings where people can access services, advice and information on everything from bin-tags, to planning permission, to purchasing an affordable house. Public displays are available for viewing in the foyers of these buildings.
A Coffee dock/Tea room is open to the public at both the Swords offices.
Every effort has been made in order to ensure that the latest technological aids are available to those with disabilities in this building.
