The Architects’ Department is a multi-disciplined professional practice, consisting of architects, quantity surveyors, technicians, inspectors, clerks of works, Conservation Officer and administrative staff, providing a wide range of services and advice on all aspects of the built environment to other departments in Fingal County Council.

Architectural and Conservation advice on planning applications, conservation grants, maintaining list of protected structures, declarations for protected structures, architectural and conservation advice on Development Plan, Framework Plans, Local Area Plans and Architectural Conservation Areas.
Transportation Department
Design, construction and project management of maintenance depots, accessibility and urban design projects
Water Services Department
Design, construction and project management of maintenance depots, architectural advice on quality of design of pumping stations
Finance Department
Property valuations for insurance and other purposes and professional advice on insurance claims.
