Commercial Rates and Revaluation 2010
Fingal County Council’s Annual Budget for 2010 was adopted on the 7th January 2010. This budget provides for expenditure of €252.76m in 2010. The full text of this Budget is available
The Commissioner of Valuation published final Valuation Lists on 31st December 2009 after carrying out an independent revaluation process. Further information is available on the Valuation Office website. The Valuation Office will have written to all ratepayers by now advising them of the final valuation for their premises which is effective from the 1st January 2010.
At the Statutory Budget Meeting on 7th January, Fingal Councillors agreed the Annual Rate on Valuation (ARV) at 0.150 for 2010. The valuation assessed by the Valuation Office is multiplied by Fingal County Council’s ARV to calculate the rates due in 2010.
