The Register in force for the period of 15th February 2012 to 14th February 2013 has to be published on the 1st February 2012.
If you wish to be included on or change your details on the Register which was published on the 1st February then you must complete the appropriate form;
-To be included on the Fingal Register for the first time please complete and return the RFA2 Form.
- To amend your details as an existing voter on the Fingal Register please complete and return the RFA3 Form.
The Council will produce a Supplement to the Live Register 2012/13 to accommodate those people who have submitted either an RFA2 or RFA3 form.
The closing date for receipt of applications to be included in the supplement to be used in the Fiscal Treaty to be held on May 31st 2012 is 14th May 2012 at 5pm. Return all forms to the Franchise Section, Fingal County Council, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin.
Please note that forms posted after the 10th May 2012 may not arrive in time. The Council cannot process forms that arrive after the closing date.
The claims court last hearing in respect of appeals for inclusion in the supplement to be used on May 31st 2012 will take place on Thursday May 17th 2012 at noon in Court 33, Circuit Court, Ground Floor, Aras Uí Dhulaigh, Inns Quay, Dublin 7.
