Property Acquisition
Fingal County Council acquires property for housing, roads and motorways, amenity, parks, community facilities, environmental services, water, drainage and industrial development in one of the following ways:
- By agreement
- Compulsory purchase
- Motorway order,
- Deed of waiver, or
- Deed of dedication
The Council is currently involved at various stages in the Compulsory Purchase Order/ Motorway Order process in respect of the following acquisitions:
Fingal County Council Compulsory Purchase (Donabate Distributor Road) Order 2010.
The Compulsory Purchase Order for the Donabate Distributor Road is on display from 17th September 2010 until 5th November 2010.
EIS for Donabate Distributor Road
The Environmental Impact Statement for Donabate Distributor Road is on public display from Friday 17th September to Friday 5th November 2010. Submissions may be made in writing to An Bord Pleanala.
