Fingal County Council Property Services
The Council's Property Services Division acquires and disposes of property on behalf of Fingal County Council and manages properties and land owned by the Council.
Property Management
The Property Services Division maintains the Council’s Property Register and is responsible for security and maintenance of Council properties.
Lands acquired by the Council but not needed for immediate use are let for tillage and grazing by Con-acre agreement for up to eleven (11) months in a calendar year.
The Council enters into Caretaker’s Agreements and Temporary Convenience Lettings for properties that are not required by the Council in the short term.
The Council also collects rents on a small number of residential shops owned by the Council.
