RAPID (Revitalising Areas through Planning, Investment and Development) works with disadvantaged communities to identify their needs and to assist the delivery of local improvements by other state agencies.  Fingal has one designated RAPID area covering Mulhuddart, Corduff and parts of Coolmine in Dublin 15 (click here to see map). Key priorities for these areas are:

Investment in RAPID areas is primarily through the Dormant Accounts Additionally and sub measures, Sports Capital, Physical Environment Improvement Scheme and Fingal County Council amongst others.
