Aqua Fit- older adult programme

The Fingal Older Adult Aqua-Fit Programmes take place in a number of swimming pools throughout Fingal.

The programme is open to all adults over 55 from Fingal is a very beneficial physical activity for participants. Places are sometimes by means of a draw due to the high demand for places.

10 week classes beginning in February 2014 at the venues below;
