An Taisce offer two free guided nature walks on Sunday 20th May 2012. The guided walks are free but registration is encouraged in order to have an idea of the number of people interested in attending. Please email Camilla at naturalenvironment@antaisce.org if you would like to attend.
Following the success of the Millenium Park Playground SmokeFree initiative, Fingal County Council propose to make all public playgrounds in the county smoke free. Tell us what you think about this by 22nd June 2012.
Fingal County Council in partnership with Failte Ireland, Fingal Tourism, Bord Bia and Fingal Leader Partnership propose to host the Flavours of Fingal Show, a celebration of farming food and family fun on 21st and 22nd July at Newbridge House & Farm, Donabate.
Work will be done on the R105 between Howth Dart Station and Claremont junction from 7am to 9pm each day. A stop/go system will be in place to allow traffic to pass the work.

Householders are urged to be cautious if anyone calls to their property, claiming to be Fingal County Council staff and seeking access to the house to check water supply. These may be bogus callers, impersonating Council staff to gain access to houses. If in doubt, ask for ID, or call Fingal County Council to verify.
